The ace cricketer captained the England cricket team between 1999 and 2003. Nasser Hussain is an Indian by birth, with his father being an Indian-origin who married an English woman.

He extended his overall international cricket career from 1990 to 2004. The former batsman even made his Bollywood debut with Akshay Kumar's Patiala House in 2011.

2. Ranjitsinhji

Fondly known as Ranji, he is the cricketer after whom India's prominent domestic cricket tournament, 'Ranji Trophy' was named. Ranjit was born in Kathiawar, in modern-day Gujarat, in 1872 and later became the Maharaja of Nawanagar princely state.

Ranjitsinhji was known as the 'Father of Indian Cricket' but never got a chance to play for his own country. However, the batsman represented England in 1896 and went on to score a glorious century in his Test debut.
