It is safe to say Alia Bhatt is one of the most stylish, fashionable actresses who knows how to be the head-turner. Her recent appearance at the 79th Cannes Film Festival has taken the internet by storm.
This marks her second appearance at the prestigious film festival after her glorious debut last year. Alia is representing India as a global brand ambassador for L`Oréal Paris.
On the second day of the Cannes Film Festival 2026, the actress looked sensational in an ivory ensemble as she gave a contemporary touch to an ivory saree-inspired outfit. Her nose pin and anklets added an extra dose of desi drama.

Painting the French Riviera in her ivory magic, the diva looked mesmerising in a custom Tarun Tahiliani saree-inspired outfit featuring a corset-like bodice. A matching umbrella was the perfect touch on a sunny day at the film festival.
Alia finished her look with a traditional nose pin,a bindi, and payal (anklets) to add that extra dose of drama. Take a look.

The Gangubai Kathiyawadi actress joined filmmaker Ashutosh Gowariker at the Bharat Pavilion to unveil the poster and creative concept of the 57th International Film Festival of India (IFFI).
Alia then addressed the attendees at the pavilion about India`s love for a rich and wide range of storytelling, saying, "IFFI has always been a platform that celebrates the diversity of our stories. Being part of this unveiling is an honour, as we invite the world to experience the magic of Indian filmmaking in Goa this November."
Gowariker, on the other hand, emphasised the Cannes Film Festival`s growing global relevance and said, "The 57th edition promises to be a landmark year. We are looking at a selection that not only showcases technical excellence but also the profound human emotions that connect us all."

The Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani diva exuded soft glam in a blush pink body-hugging gown by Tamara Ralph on Day 1 of Cannes. She paired the ensemble with a dupatta-inspired scarf.
Alia made her glorious Cannes debut in 2025, wearing a custom Gucci saree.
